Will the edge stay level when I pull on it ?

Yes! Other edges will tilt under load, leading to inconsistent workouts.

The White Gorge 20 mm is designed to stay level to the direction of pull. This means every time you use the edge it will be at the same angle.
Why one 20 mm size?

I want this to be simple to use. It's easy to make make the workouts more difficult by adding more weight or by holding them longer. The 20 mm is the most common and comfortable size for edge pulls.

Is the metal grippy?

Yes! The stainless steel is textured with a heavy grit sand blast. This creates a grippy texture that holds chalk but isn't too harsh your skin.

How do I clean the edge?  

Stainless steel is easy to clean. You can use dish soap and a hot water. You can even throw the edge in the dishwasher.
